Texas Legislators and Texas Cities Undermine the Federal Highway Administration Regulations!

Those white lines you see at Red Light camera Intersections are not the actual legal definition of the intersection according to the Federal Highway Administration. The FHA says cities must adhere to the MUTDC section 3A.02 which states the legal definition of the intersection is the prolongation of the lateral curb lines where the two streets meet. They conclude it is unlikely that drivers from another city or state would understand the meaning of the lines, and because there is no legal definition of a violation line at intersections in the MUTDC,  it gives them no basis for any legal measures.  The violation lines cities use to write red light camera tickets does not comply with the MUTDC. Texas Cities have made up thier own rules and have undermined the FHA. Basically this is a ficticious white line the Red Light Camera Companies have talked the Cities into using to increase ticketing in Texas, and export law enforcement, Texas cities are currently in violation of the MUTDC and Federal Highway Administration Regulations .

Sure take what ya need. I write and post articles for one reason and one reason only, to create public awareness of our current situation in Texas. Most folks dont know whats going on and dont even get upset about things untill they get abused by the government cartels which are forming in Texas.
